In order to be eligible for this program, you will need to make a guaranteed investment of CDN$ 800,000 for five years in Quebec. After five years, your investment of CDN$ 800,000 will be reimbursed to you without interest. The following are other requirements you have to meet to be approved and receive permanent residence under this program:

• Have at least two years of experience in managing a commercial or industrial business
• Proficiency of language

Business/Interpreneur Program

If you/your spouse are business people and would like to immigrate to Quebec, Canada, as a family, this program is right for you. In order to be eligible for this program, you will need to acquire at least 25% of equity, valued at least CDN $100,000, in a commercial, industrial or agricultural business in Quebec. Another option is to submit a project proposal with a goal of acquiring such a business with same conditions. You also have to either manager the business or become a management partner on a daily basis, and must do so for at least one year after receiving permanent residence. The following are other requirements you have to meet in order to be approved under this program:

• Have net assets of at least CDN$ 300,000
• Have at least two years of experience in managing a profitable commercial, industrial or agricultural business
• Employ at least one Quebec resident
• Proficiency of language
• Age, training received
• Character and knowledge of Quebec
